What is refundable
- The item is materially different from its description.
- The item does not run on the environment the listing says it supports.
- The files are corrupt, incomplete, or the download never worked.
- You were charged twice.
What is not
- You changed your mind after downloading the source.
- You bought the wrong licence tier — we will upgrade you and charge the difference instead.
- The item works and you do not like how it is written.
How it works
You raise the request, the seller has 48 hours to respond, and if you cannot agree DevMall decides. A refund revokes the licence. Commission is returned to the seller in proportion.
