DevMall is a marketplace. Sellers list software, source code, websites and services; buyers buy a licence to use them. DevMall is a party to the transaction as the merchant of record, and is not the author of the items sold.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Use a password you do not use anywhere else, and turn on two-factor authentication if you sell.
What you buy is a licence, described on the item page and fixed at the moment of purchase. A seller changing their licence terms later does not change what you bought.
You must own or have the right to sell everything you list. You must not list anything whose purpose is to break the law or another platform's terms. Commission is deducted at the point of sale and shown to you before you list.
See the Refund Policy. In short: fourteen days for items that do not work as described, and nothing at all for "I changed my mind after downloading the source code", because we cannot take the files back.
You can close your account at any time. Licences you have already bought survive; licences you have already sold survive too.
