Answer support requests within your stated SLA. Support is part of what the buyer paid for.
Earnings are held for the period shown on your dashboard, then become withdrawable. Verified sellers hold for less. A refund or chargeback can take a settled balance negative, and future earnings apply against it.
Taking a marketplace conversation off-platform to avoid commission is grounds for removal. The escrow, dispute process and licence enforcement only exist inside the platform.
