A scraping toolkit that behaves: reads robots.txt and honours it, backs off on 429 with jitter, caches aggressively so a re-run does not re-fetch, and stores results in SQLite with a schema rather than in a pile of JSON. Playwright fallback for pages that genuinely need a browser.
