Works with PHP
Built for a Nairobi courier running forty riders, then generalised. Order intake by API or CSV, automatic batching by area, rider mobile web app with offline proof-of-delivery capture, SMS notifications through Africa's Talking, and a dispatcher board that works on a laptop with an unreliable connection. Includes the seeder data and the operational runbook we actually used.
Automatic batching
Groups orders by delivery area and rider capacity, with a manual override that survives a page refresh.
Offline proof of delivery
Signature and photo capture queue locally and sync when the rider has signal again.
Dispatcher board
Drag a delivery onto a rider. Everything else is derived.
SMS notifications
Africa's Talking integration with a delivery-report webhook.

Bought this on a Friday, had it deployed by Tuesday. The documentation is genuinely accurate, which I have stopped expecting.

One more page of documentation and this is a five. As it stands I had to read the source twice.

Dropped it into a client project, rebranded it, delivered early. The structure made that easy rather than painful.
